Technology Tip: I now use a "Flip" video camera for several purposes. The Flip is a $200 video camera which is smaller than most cell phones and takes up to one hour of clear video & is easy to edit & download to utube/email! I use the camera to show off my listings to out of town clients, post for advertising, show clients & contractors decor ideas, etc. It is also great for family events!
