ReplyDelete"Anything" covering short sales! They are so popular right now and the majority of agents either have many questions or are just plain avoiding them when they do a home search for a buyer. I'm sure that any information on this subject would be wonderful to know.

Consider a class on short sale paperwork and procedures. There has been little consistency in how these are done...and how the paperwork needs to be completed. It is difficult to tell clients what to expect...when the agent really doesn't know either.

A refresher class to the annual Idaho RE Licesne Law and Rules. Specifically, for those rules that are being streched in these difficult times. Example, can a agent for broker A sit an open for and agent at broker B if they are not co listing agents? What kind of paper work is need to co list properties from different brokers?
