There is an email recirculating from months ago about the impacts of H.R. 2454 (Cap and Trade bill) that is NOT based on complete reports. Most of these claims are addressed in a series of myths/facts at realtor.org. The Idaho Association of REALTORS(r) are also offering additional input to NAR about the bill prior to being addressed in the Senate.
